It’s so nice to see my boys again! If you remember, or watched any of my New York City vlogs, I went over and stayed at my friend Rob’s apartment (along with his roommate, Baba) for a little over 2 weeks.
Here’s a short story: Ever since my friend Katrina sent me the song “Every Mile a Memory” in 2006 I have been wanting to see DIERKS BENTLEY in concert forever! And I’m so happy to have had that opportunity with SUNFEST COUNTRY (10 years later!) and am able to cross that off the bucket list!
It’s still our first day in Vegas since we got in on Saturday. It’s just a few hours after the last vlog you watched and Amy and I decided to head down to the “restaurant/bar” area at Hooters and grab a drink from the coupons we were given when we checked in.
As Amy and I were heading towards the Grand Canyon (South Rim) we drove past this and I instantly KNEW that this was where Mamrie Hart and Grace Helbig went to on HeyUSA! And I remembered thinking how cool it would be to check that out!
I’m not sure words can do it justice when trying to describe the Grand Canyon.
I’m sure many people (poets, writers, etc.) have tried, but nothing can really explain how expansive and eerily quiet this canyon is until you stand right in front of it yourself. And you can really only achieve this vibe when you get away from the crowds of people taking selfies around you.
