This is (I believe) my 14th time taking photos of JON & ROY. You can imagine my joy when they played a SOLD OUT show at the Commodore Ballroom! Which is like, a pretty big deal!

OLD MAN CANYON
Aside from being very happy for my friends JON & ROY performing there first headlining (sold out) show at the Commodore Ballroom – I was equally just as excited to see OLD MAN CANYON. I’ve been a fan of this band since their 2014 album “Phantom & Friends”. Continue reading
THE OH HELLOS
I think the last time I saw such a huge ensemble band was Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeroes! Although they were more of a 13-person band, this was half that – an 8-person band. But it felt like such a party on stage! Everyone was just so into it and having a good time! The fiddle player and the bass player were dancing so hard – it was awesome!
WILDERMISS
My second show of the year! I’m slowly getting back into it again… And what better way then to continue on with WILDERMISS – an indie-rock band from Denver!
I hope you come back to Vancouver soon! Continue reading
DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL
I cannot even begin to tell you how much of a fan I am of DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL. Continue reading

CARA BATEMAN
I’m going to be honest here.
MIKAILA TOMBE
Opening for CHRIS HO‘s album release was MIKAILA TOMBE whom I’ve never heard of before (being out of touch with the music scene for over a year – I haven’t kept up with a lot of bands/artists like I used to) hails from Nanaimo, BC.
BABA ALI
It’s so nice to see my boys again! If you remember, or watched any of my New York City vlogs, I went over and stayed at my friend Rob’s apartment (along with his roommate, Baba) for a little over 2 weeks.
DIERKS BENTLEY
Here’s a short story: Ever since my friend Katrina sent me the song “Every Mile a Memory” in 2006 I have been wanting to see DIERKS BENTLEY in concert forever! And I’m so happy to have had that opportunity with SUNFEST COUNTRY (10 years later!) and am able to cross that off the bucket list!
